Q. Are all your products fresh and genuine?

A. Definitely, 100%. We only sell the genuine goods. Our products are sourced from around the world and they are produced by the original manufacturer for that particular brand.

Q. Are you a trader or a manufacturer?

A. We are the trader and our specialty is finding the genuine products with better prices in the world.

Q. Do you provide samples?

A. We provide samples when they are available.

Q. Would I be able to find something not listed on your website?

A. Yes. We have an extensive global supplier network; so, please send us your inquiry to saira.kim@starparts.hk and we will check the availability for you.

Q. Do you have catalogs?

A. No. There are over 70,000 parts per car; so, it is not possible to upload or send a catalog. Please send us your inquiry to saira.kim@starparts.hk.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity or minimum order amount?

A. It is one of 20feet container load of goods or USD40, 000.00 per order.

Q. What if I cannot order according to the minimum order quantity?

A. We will assess your inquiry and if we can process the order, we will quote prices in EX-WORK.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. For indent order, it takes 30 – 120 days after the order confirmation. For stock order, goods can be shipped in 1-3 weeks.

Q. What is payment term?

A. We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance payment prior to shipment.

Q. What is payment method?

A. Telegraphic Transfer or Letters of credit at sight

Q. Do you ship by air or by sea?

A. We handle both air shipment and sea shipment depending on the customer’s request.
